All flights are performed exclusively by third-party air operators holding the required certifications and operating authorities. Operational control, safety, airworthiness, and compliance with aviation regulations remain the sole responsibility of the operating carrier.
3. Quotes, Availability & Pricing
All quotes provided by Midnight Aviation are indicative and subject to aircraft availability, operator confirmation, and final pricing at the time of booking. Prices, schedules, and aircraft specifications may change without prior notice until confirmed by the operating carrier.
4. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the operating carrier. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are defined by the contracted operator and communicated to the client prior to confirmation.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Any changes or cancellations requested by the client are subject to the operating carrier’s policies. Midnight Aviation is not responsible for fees or penalties imposed by third-party operators.
6. Limitation of Liability
Midnight Aviation shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, changes, or incidents arising from aircraft operations, weather conditions, regulatory decisions, or actions of third-party operators.
